UK Wedding Stationery - Advice
We have all heard horror stories about things going wrong on wedding days. Thankfully, for your big day, most of these can be avoided by good preparation, planning well in advance and applying good common sense. We can help get you started along the right road by offering some sound advice in relation to your wedding stationery arrangements.
Timing
We advise that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, however 12 weeks is probably best during the busy summer months.
In order for you to receive your order in plenty of time we would like at least 6 weeks to produce your invitations, that's 18 weeks before your big day but obviously the more notice you give the better
In confirmation of your order we will email you an invoice for 50% of the total. You can then send us a cheque or pay this amount via Internet banking, sorry we do not accept credit card payment for deposits at this time.
When we have received payment we will send you a sample of each item you have ordered. This is to enable you to check wording and colour and ensuring everything is to your complete satisfaction before we start your order. Once you are happy with the results and confirm to us in writing, we will commence to make your invitations.
Numbers
We would advise that you order extra day and evening invitations to allow for any mistakes when addressing them. You may also find that one of your guests may be unable to attend and so you have an extra space.
